This morning favorite is just the right balance of energy-producing macros designed to get your day started and keep you going until lunch

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces chilled organic unsweetened plant- based milk (almond, coconut, oat, hemp, flax, cashew, etc.)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop high-quality, unsweetened protein powder
  • 1/2 scoop high-quality collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia or flax seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp organic raw cocoa powder
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Ice if needed

Method
