This protein-rich smoothie is not only power packed with nutrient-rich gut-healing, muscle-loving and bloat-busting ingredients but creamy and delish as well! So satisfying it can be a meal replacement or a recovery meal after the gym.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop high-quality, unsweetened protein powder
  • 6 oz unsweetened coconut, almond or macadamia milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp flax oil
  • 3-inch piece banana (best if frozen)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt (optional)
  • Ice (if needed)

Method

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. For extra nutrition, add 1 handful of greens (spinach, kale, etc.) Enjoy!
